My son is a junior and the online bookstore through my son's school only offers this book as an E-book. Math was the only subject he cared about for a hard copy book. Sooo glad I found it on Amazon. It matches up perfectly with the online 5th edition (2017) version even though it was 2013. My son (and his study buddies) are super thankful! Best buy ever!

My grandson was using this "book" in school, but only had an on-line version for the class. Nothing competes with an actual paper book. Well worth the money, arrived quickly and is getting used regularly.

Size of book seems daunting, but once you get into it and see the in-depth examples and explanations you will understand why it is so large. You will find it a treat and asset if your professor is using this book. Thank goodness shipping was so quick - arrived just in time for first day of class. You might like the companion solutions manual. Worked-problems are very easy to follow.

very helpful when it comes to doing homework and studying for a test

It's very convenient to order textbooks online. It's quick and easy. It also creates more space and less to carry. The only con is the price. I can't justify paying over $100 for online textbook since the company save money from printing the textbooks

The book was as expected. My school is selling a version of this book for over twice the price I spent getting from here, but it only has select chapters that the professor will be using for the year. Some prefer the schools version of course because it is less weight to carry but I rather spend 1/2 the price for the entire book- it's worth it.

Way cheaper alternative than buying the hardcover/looseleaf. But as I do my homework it appears the answer key is wrong.........

purchased for my granddaughter for university. she does not Love it but it is a needed book. Ordering this one was a little tricky, but got the refund and the reordered new book.
