Stylish & actually good for treadmill runners.
The reason I ordered this Knee Strap was of my daily 15 min session at Gym Treadmill. Great product, very stylish & its actually holds your knee and prevent from jerking. I even used it while bowling & it worked well. Doesn't comes out and stick well with your knee.

The product is decent, but the overall ordering experience is not good. I wanted a size L, and I got a size R. I was willing to post it on my own for an exchange, but that option was shot down too. Be careful about which size you order.

Comes off while walking
Does the job well but only in 2 months, it became lose and started coming off my leg while walking. Maybe, I got the duplicate as it should happen with original mcdavid.

FUNDAMENTAL PARA RODILLAS COMPLICADAS.
Sientes ese dolorcito en el menisco siempre que sales a correr? Vas a pasear y te duele "ahí"? No esperes más a que tu menisco sufra más y no dudes en comprarte esta rodillera para el menisco.Su funcionamiento es sencillo: impide que el menisco se mueva demasiado hacia abajo y "aguanta" la articulación en su sitio para evitar dolor y posibles lesiones. Yo lo uso "SIEMPRE" para paseos y correr en mi rodilla derecha (tuve una lesión importante cuando estuve federado en balonmano) y me va de fábula. Para esquiar uso una rodillera mucho más grande y que protege toda la articulación desde el cuádriceps al gemelo, pero no me privo en estos deportes, pero sí voy con las protecciones adecuadas.Mi consejo es usarlas. Esta en particular es muy cómoda para movimientos cíclicos unidireccionales de la articulación (Correr o pasear), no para movimientos en diagonal o perpendiculares, para esos mejor la rodillera completa con barras laterales a ser posible.El velcro de esta es bueno, se fija bien, y el menisco lo protege con una almohadilla de espuma negra tipo cilíndrica que lo mantiene en su sitio.200% RECOMENDABLE.Espero que mi comentario te haya sido de utilidad.Saludos.
