Awesome chair
The chair is extremely comfy when I sat down for more than 5 hours straight. There is no pain in the back, neither on the neck. Cosidering how much functions this chair has, the price is reasonable. The chair is not too soft when I sat down so it allows concentrated work. The assembly was quite easy and the chair gives me a premium look. I feel like it is nessassary to get a chair like this for office work, gaming, or even just relaxing while watching tv. Awesome chair!

Worst Chair I've ever bought. Total waste of money.
I've had this chair for 4 1/2 months of complete exasperation. Fist to give credit where deserved, this is a very nice looking chair and basically comfortable. Unfortunately, that’s where the accolades stop. Although the materials of the chair are grade A in quality the hardware is grossly below even substandard quality. By end of the first week he fasteners (bolts) that connect the chair to the rolling base constantly work themselves lose. They’re also cheaply cast and the heads where you use the wrench to tighten strip out easily. They’re also a bizarre wrench size so you end up having to use the wrench they provide which is again poor quality and also strips. As the bolts work themselves loose the chair starts to make metal on metal squeaking and grinding noises, loudly I must add. You can guess what happens next, that’s right – after several cycles of this you reach a point when the bolts and/or wrench are too stripped to use. After many hours and attempts to stop the constant noise and bolts from coming loose I have found a solution. Latest attempt was to use 1/8” thick cloth (not metal) washers to stop the metal on metal squeaking and Loctite to stop the bolts loosening up. This appears to be doing the trick so far (on day 5 of this solution). The chair literally wobbles on the base even though everything is tightened up. Not the worst thing and not much you can do about it, just one more minor annoyance. The chair has a pronounced forward lean, more so than other office chairs I’ve owned. Always feels like in going to slide off onto the front. I was able to fit a small wedge of cardboard in front of the tension adjuster that keeps it on a level plain, again seems to be working.(Starting to sound like a duct tape and bailing wire project yet? It is too me!) The footstool is basically useless you’re a very short person. However, to be fair all the footstools on these types of chair are a ridiculous joke at best, seriously what’s the point... Keep the footstool and give me better hardware! NOW THE CUDOGRAS! and reason I’m finally writing this review... The hydraulic lift cylinder that is used to adjust the height of the chair is NO LONGER HOLDING PRESSURE!!! Thus, as you sit in the chair working it either 1) slowly, and almost unperceptively, goes down to the floor so you suddenly realize you’re looking up at your desk and monitor —OR— 2) when you go to sit down it decompresses almost immediately and you’re at the bottom with a jolt – probably bad idea for anyone with back problems! So, if you want a project to fill up those boring winter months because you don’t have to work for a living then this is the chair for you!! But if you’re busy and just need a comfortable office chair that you don’t have to think about (as it should be) then this IS NOT for you.

Mostly Decorative.
(Update) I have had this chair for over a year now. The padding in the seat is non existent. It is just a squeaky nightmare. The pillows are just flare and ended up coming off. I did get another set of roller wheels for it but it does make using the reclining feature precarious. The material has held up decent and I don't have any tears or structural breaks. My wifes Ikea chair has held up much better for being bought at the same time frame.(Update) It has been a few months now and the chair is holding up well. I use it around 10 hours a day and the material isn't torn or worn. The but pad is a little thin for me but getting used to it. I do have a criticism for the hardware, I had to retighten the base mounting bolts several times that were causing squeaking on calls. Seems there are a lot of connections that are susceptible to this so limits my mobility when on calls.I shopped around for a while for a gaming chair and ultimately decided on this one. I got the all black version and am happy with the way the leather material looks. I am about 230 lbs and 5' 9'' and this fits me well on the sides. Glad I got the large option. However, the seat cushion after a few weeks is flat and uncomfortable. Also, the recline lever gets bound up and jolts free sometimes. The lumbar support and pillow I hardly ever use.I also got the roller skate wheels separately and it makes this a little sketchy when you lay far back in it.

Comfortable chair for large people
UPDATE: (The Vendor reached out to repair, so this is pending resolution) After a few months the chair wobbles significantly. I first figured it was the seat or base, but it is the piston. It started swaying side to side, and is disconcerting. The only way to use this chair is to lower it to the lowest setting at this point. I would not recommend this chair if you weigh 280 or more. I am 6'6 so a lot of my weigh is actually in my legs and not supported fully by the chair. This is a nice chair. I am a big guy though so the leg rest seems truly pointless for someone tall.

This chair is junk
It has taken me a few months to decide I was going to write a review on this chair. purchased the chair in February, 2019. Because of remodeling my home office, I did not get it assembled and begin using it until March, 2019. I used it until August, 2019 when it broke. The leg snapped on it.I leaned forward to type on my keyboard and the leg facing my desk just snapped snapped causing me to pitch forward into my desk, breaking my computer keyboard and then falling on the floor.Yes, I broke my keyboard too when this piece of junk broke. If I could send the company a bill for my keyboard I would. If I could give this a 0 stars rating I would. If I could send the hunk of junk back to the manufacturer postage free, I would. You can see the pictures above, this was just a catastrophic failure that should never, ever happen in a chair like this.I can only say, DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM. IT IS JUNK.

Not very sturdy
I've had this chair for a couple months. The back is apparently bent and I can feel it bending further when I lean back. The base is bent and leans to one side. I had high hopes for the chair. It was very comfortable and looked great. The lumbar support and the head pillow are really comfortable. But it seems to be falling apart more and more every day. It's sad that I have to replace a chair after a couple months.
