Williams-Sonoma Collection: Seafood

This is a great cookbook, with a picture for each recipe (my personal preference). I have made the Mediterranean Fish Stew (very good), and the Lobster Thermador (nearly spectacular over fresh fettucine) for Christmas. If you want a nice seafood cookbook with easy to follow directions, this is a good choice. Wow your friends and family by making the Lobster Thermidor for a special occasion.

Beautiful illustrations. Every recipe has tips/tricks and information on the side of the pages.

This cookbook has information on various types of fish, as well as guidelines for storing, buying, cutting, etc. There are pictures of every recipe and the recipes are really fabulous. There are a few that either have fish that I never saw in a store before, like rockfish, as well as some recipes that are expensive to make, like requiring 4 live maine lobsters. However, the benefits more than makes up for the downsides. Great book if you like seafood - especially shellfish

Book is short and there is not allot of good content. Could have added much more on how to cook, grill all kinds of different seafood and even fresh water fish but they did not.The book was only $16? so I'd rather just donate it to the local library after it sits in my pantry for the next 5-6 years.

Arrived quickly and exactly as described. Not just a well-printed or produced book as one would expect from the Williams-Sonoma name, but the recipes are legitimately good.

Some unique seafood recipes with a Spanish flair. Love the paella. Would have liked a few more New England style recipes.

My go to gift for my brother who is a Chef. Every year for his birthday and Christmas, he receives on of the books from the Williams-Sonoma Collection. My goal is to get him the complete collection.Doesn't hurt that he makes me something out of each book as a thank you!

This is another wonderful book to add to my collection! There are many great recipes to try - from the stove top, the oven and the grill - we can't wait to get started! We love seafood just any way it can be fixed and this book just broadened our horizon just that much more! Thank You!!!
