Shipping was 2 days earlier than expected. Inside the main box each cup was packed individually into smaller boxes.The quality of the custom laser etching is great. All names and titles were correctly labeled on each cup. If I need cups made in the future I will be checking this company's options first.

Got these for the groomsmen in my wedding. I only had their names and a stock image on them. Everyone is still using them almost 6 months later.
