Its fully silicone and well made. All the metal bits are high quality and well protected. It is rather large, almost 2 inches across and has a metal ring inside for sturdiness. The inside is a little less than 1.75 inches. It felt pretty big to me, anyone with a smaller mouth might have difficulty... but it's very comfortable to wear. I bite down pretty hard a lot so I only wish that there was I bit more silicone cushion around the ring, but that's just a minor want, it's very comfortable!10/10 would recommend!!

This is a nice gag, but not as described. It has a rubber belt, and the ring is silicone with no metal insert. I have bitten mine into shape for comfort, and to give myself control of pushing it out if I need to. Very beginner friendly!!

The ring is sturdy but not so hard it will hurt your teeth. The ring is hard silicone and the belt is also silicone. Clean up is easy! It is comfortable as well. And it is fully adjustable fo all sizes

The ring is covered in soft silicone, so it's easy on the teeth and easy to clean. The diameter of the ring isn't uncomfortable, unless you have a tiny mouth or jaw problems.

Good quality. I have bought several gags from this manufacturer. Metal wire with a silicone surround. I was able to shape it into an oval(using the handle of some big pliers) to make it more comfortable to wear and fit to my member better.

If you’re using this just for show then you’ll love it but if you’re using it in hopes of your man sticking something inside of it you better look for a different product.

Either my mouth is just really small or this is not for beginners. I thought it would make a fun addition, but my mouth doesn't quite stretch wide enough for it to function properly. I haven't really used one before so maybe one day it will fit. It is easy to clean though and has a nice soft silicone coating on the ring, so it doesn't hurt your teeth.

Their no flavor lol but it is very comfortable and holds up great and price was unbelievably perfect
