Tasty hot or cold, fast to make
ell-O Cook & Serve Chocolate Sugar Free & Fat Free Pudding is one of my favorite chocolate treats. I love it hot on a cold day - very warming - and I also like it mixed with 50% chocolate micellar casein (I use Muscle Feast brand, but I expect any brand that tastes good would do) and cooked together in milk. SO good, and high in protein, too. And for best taste when cold, mix in and melt a square of a Hershey's milk chocolate - I use their zero sugar - while hot. It makes for an even yummier treat when eaten cold.I just love this pudding mix. It's super fast to heat to pudding consistency, takes good with non-fat or 2% milk, and you can get your chocolate fix without tons of sugar or calories. The only thing I'm not crazy about these smaller boxes - I used to buy the bigger ones but am having trouble finding them now. As an extra added bonus, this flavor has significantly less sodium than the sugar free chocolate fudge flavor.

Cook and Serve is the best pudding!
My wife loves cook and serve pudding but the zero sugar kind is hard to find at the grocery stores. It is really good. She now likes it better than the kind with the added sugar.

Love the jello cooked puddings, even better that this is sugar free. Easy and quick to prepare, allows us to add something sweet to our diet.

Arrived yesterday, & I made a pkg already. Used a 12oz can of evaporated milk (leftover from pumpkin pie making) & 12oz nonfat milk. It came out perfectly (firmed up while cooling).Eating warm chocolate pudding on a chilly day - I really love it!!Wonderful treat - thanks!Happy holidays!2/29/24 update-Still very yummy but I just tried it (cold) with a peppermint mocha creamer (3/8 oz) added- Very yummy!!Will try hazelnut or French vanilla next.

In among all the "gluten free" fad items (maybe 20% of the buyers actually have a reaction to gluten) it is almost impossible to find sugar free foods for those of us with diabetes. In my local area, other than vanilla, no other cook and serve sugar free pudding is available. It is a pleasure to find this dessert treat available and not out of date. Thank you Amazon.
