So delicious! 10 out of 10 with no aftertaste for me
This is one of my favorite flavors to mix with Greek yogurt or a mix of Greek yogurt and blended cottage cheese. I toss in just a teaspoon of regular cool within and 1-2 TBSP of almond milk. I only use 8 g of this per good size serving. I don’t notice it’s sugar free. In fact, I can’t taste aftertaste on any Jello SF puddings and they can stand on their own. But I DO slightly taste it with the gelatins, so for me, I fixed that by using mostly SF jello and mixing just a teaspoon of regular jello in and then I can’t tell. It’s worth it to me to do it this way. LOSING WEIGHT? If you’re trying to loose weight, the best way to do that is to make wise choices and build a healthy relationship with food that can last you a lifetime. If you make every choice based on calories over taste, you will eventually fall into habits because you don’t enjoy what you eat. There are lots of sugar free products I enjoy, but if something doesn’t taste good, I’m not going to use it. I’ve spent a lifetime trying to make peace with food and finally have that. I wish the same for you but that doesn’t come through diet culture and chasing that bandwagon, it comes through habit stacking, mindset change, and creating healthy recipes that you enjoy. I eat both chicken breast or thigh meat depending on my preference in a dish, but I never get the skin, not because of the calories but because I just don’t miss it so it’s not worth it. The following are ideas…everyone is different and there is no “one perfect way” to lose weight, but there is a way that works better for the unique person you are and if you focus on doing what works best for you, then you can achieve sustainable weight loss. I feel so bad for people that go keto or give up full categories of but if that’s what they need, then I’m glad they found the right tool for themselves. I recommend only resorting to those fad diets if you need to. And never let other people tell you how YOU should be doing it. People love to say, “what you need to to is…” Nope…you do you. USE A SCALE: The easiest way to know how much you’re eating is to use a food scale and get one that goes to at least 11 lbs because you can weigh things in dishes and pots. Scales are cheap on Amazon. INTUITIVE EATING? Not for most, at least not as the starting point. I’m a fan of this idea, but I think it puts the cart before the horse. There’s value in knowing how much food you should be eating and in creating all the things I mentioned above. Once you’ve lost your weight and have done maintenance a bit, then give it a try. I created recipes in Cronometer that give me calorie and find that accounting for calories is helpful. COOL WHIP…why I only use regular. Did you know that both the sugar free and fat free versions are only 5 calories less per serving? I can taste the difference and it’s not good. If I’m using 1 or 2 servings, that’s 5-10 calories saved for something that doesn’t taste nearly as good. Either way…weigh your cool whip because it does add up.

Sweet tooth owners, that's for you
One of the few inoffensive flavors of low calorie pudding. A salvation for people on restricted calorie intake, who also have a sweet tooth. (I have a mouthful of them.) And the price is so much better than at your local grocery store, too.

Jello Pudding
Everyone loves Jello! I placed an order for a 4 pack of butterscotch jello pudding mix, however when the order was packed, only ONE box was received instead of 4. Amazon was very nice about fixing the problem.

My favorite “Butterscotch” flavor pudding
Both reduced calorie, zero sugar, delicious as a pudding with or without a dollop of whipped topping, or as a pie filling, for those of us counting calories and/or watching our blood sugars. Not easy to find on your supermarket shelves 😊
