Don't know why cream tastes different.
To me, milk is milk. The organic stuff, the regular stuff. $5 a half gallon or $2 a half gallon, it's all milk. I'm not sure I could taste the difference blind.With cream, the brand matters. I won't use the cheaper brands. Just this one, or 365 from whole foods when I'm there. Lasts well in the fridge too.
