I barely write reviews on Amazon but had to put this one up. I suffer from anxiety and to the point that I can't sleep peacefully if there is the slightest flutter in the room. I get very afraid of dark and rodents and lizards. My anxiety also led me to get acid reflux very often and I always felt tired and exceedingly nervous. My mother read about this and gave it to me three days back. The first night I took 4-6 drops on my tongue and slept like a baby even after being in a new place. The second day just before a stressful meeting I took 2 drops and the meeting went by like a breeze. In the night, I was feeling very uneasy and after a few drops I again slept like a baby. It has actually changed my life. I don't know if it is the placebo effect or something real but the slightest sounds don't make me jump, I am more confident and I sleep well. Not to forget my acid reflux is much much better. Go for it, in homeopathy stores you get it for 80INR

This product is not for dogs. Please read FAQ of the Bach’s rescue on their website. There is a separate pet product of Bach’s. I gave this to my dog and now she is feared for kidney failure because this has grape alcohol. Grapes are poisonous for dogs
