This manufacturer or seller is up to something because the entire comment section (the basis of the 490-some reviews and the 4.5 stars) is for another product (an armband). I was hasty and enticed by the cheap price, so I didn’t read the comments. I just looked at the amount and the rating, which is what most people do.More importantly, they don’t work! There is no way I can find to get audio to come out of BOTH earbuds, it’s either one or the other, although they both pair to the phone and the touch controls on either one work, you only get sound out of one or the other, not both ears simultaneously.There’s and “instruction sheet”, which has no actual instructions and is mostly gibberish. Buyer beware: you get what you pay for.

I bought these on special over Thanksgiving sales on Amazon. First of all I find the "invisible" buttons design very hard to use. I put my finger on the flat area and press but nothing depresses, and nothing happens. You can't tell if you've actually engaged the "button" or not because it does not respond physically with any action like an actual button does. I guess this is actually a "touch" activation but it does not respond - not a "button" as described in directions.The right ear bud at least turns on, but the left one does nothing when it is "pressed" (i.e. touched). Since no lights come on or anything happens, I guess that the one of the fully charged buds is just not functional out of the box.Also, once I saw there was an issue I started reading the one star reviews and I see that there are lots of issues with them so I am returning.

The sound isn't half bad but they just don't fit right or snug enough in either ear after trying all sizes to maximize the sound output to your ears. This was my first try of this type of earphone and all I can say is I'm happy I didn't waste money on a high end headset (Bose etc). The design is not quite there yet for a standalone headset without any additional support.

I ordered these earbuds for my wife for Christmas and she has had the occasional issue with getting them to pair correctly with her phone, but resetting the connection seemed to have worked. However, now in February, one earbud had completely stopped pairing. I have tried resetting the connection, pairing with a different device, ensuring the battery is fully charged, nothing worked. Even Amazon's product support could not fix the issue.I STRONGLY WARN anyone considering these, they may lose pairing permanently! Also, I noticed that the product page on Amazon has reviews showing up for a different product (a battery pack), so either something is buggy with Amazon's site or the manufacturer is up to something shady.

I am not upset just not happy! I guess just meh! As this produce after having less then 3 days has failed to perform. It indicates a good battery but after about 15 min it says battery low and also the person on the other line says “ hey man your batteries are low go recharge” lol I try but they just don’t seem to last. I don’t expect a refund but don’t know if I will buy another Bluetooth at all. They all seem to have some issue.

After my last iPod shuffle died, I wanted something wireless to run with. These are the second pair of wireless earpods I tried and at first I liked them well enough, but then after a couple uses they just are not making the cut. They will not stay put in my ears, with or without the sport ear hooks, while running, doing plyometric or any exericise that requires movement more than a squat, such a crossfit. They do not work on airplanes, period! Battery dies after 2 uses. I'm quite dissapointed since they are not cheep.

This product looks to be of great quality and material but ultimately it's just terrible. Received it and immediately opened the product, charging it as requested prior to use. The product refuses to come up on bluetooth screen on my iPhone. For the first time using it that shows the quality is poor from the beginning. I don't usually review products as I am usually satisfied but after waiting for the product excitedly I was very disappointed from the very beginning. For the price you would expect that it at least worked for sometime before it stopped working but the simple fact it didn't work at all its terrible. The rating posted on Amazon must be fake because this product is not reliable at all. I have requested to return it and a refund because I will be taking my business else where.

For the price its a good product. plenty of bass but lacks a little bit on mids and hi's. the material feels a little on the cheap side but I only paid 43 bucks so cant really complain.update 2/21/2019 the battery pack doesnt seem to hold its charge very long and its only been a few months. I would look somewhere else for a set of headphones
