With most reviews, you see that this product helps hair, skin, nails, ect. All of this is true, but this product is also great for joints and muscle repair. My job requires me to run 5+ miles daily and lift heavy objects and carry weight for extended distances. This product has helped my joint health and muscular recovery after intense work outs. I highly recommend this product to those who live an athletic life style or have a physically demanding job.

I take these daily with my other vitamins. My skin looks pretty good for an old lady!

Everything from PI Nutrition is great. Decided to take collagen for my aging skin, which is has improved dramatically. Only downside I now shave twice a day and visit my barbershop more often lol.

I will forever take these! I got these for the collagen but will keep taking them being its just a great overall multivitamin. This is my 3rd bottle. I can really tell a difference in my skin if I stop taking them for a week or two.

I tried a few powder collagen supplements, but they upset my stomach for some reason, and never saw any positive results. These pills have truly helped in a big way! My skin never breaks out anymore, my hair/nails are growing like crazy, and my joints have felt better. A+ product. Great purchase!
