The inscription is nice, the watchface is ledgible with a hint of retro feel, and the durability seems to be there as well though time will tell. My dad did like the watch and the inscription as well. Overall, I feel it is a good value for the money. The only thing really lacking is that I would have liked the watch to be slightly larger. Size/quality compared to value was more than fair. You get what you pay for so don't compare this to a $50 watch, but I am sure there are also $50 watches that are inferior to this one. The presentation box is a nice touch and it comes with an extra watch chain.

I gave this to my Dad for Christmas, he was quite happy. He loved the inscription on it, and the easy to read numerals on the face. My Dad is 88, so this means a lot to me, thank you so much.
