No, they are a green color. We love putting food from the air fryer into these...never leaks through.

Do they come in a box?

No but I have a container to keep the sheets in...

Are these interfolded in a box for easy dispensing or are they stacked flat?

Neither. I like these very much but was disappointed in the packaging. They come folded in half (the whole punch) and wrapped in plastic. After you take the plastic off they will lie flat, but you need to have a space to put them. A cardboard container would have been nice.
