I love the look, I did change the bulbs to red for Christmas...they are now back to white. They just dress up my old 1920 tudor house.

Wonderful product...
I have been using Plow and Hearth candles with built in timer for several years and love them! I set them at the beginning of December and don't have to touch them again until I'm ready to put them away.

My father always had candle light decorations in EVERY window of our house at Christmas time. He always fumbled around with extension cords, timers, and electrical outlets to wire them all up. I was happy to find these battery operated "candles" with a built-in timer function. These things are super easy to use and the instructions are clear. I added 2 AA batteries per candle and screwed the bulb all the way in at the time I wanted them to come on. They stay lit for 8 hours and automatically turn off for 16 hours. There is not a way to adjust the 8 hours on, 16 hours off - but for my use, I didn't need to change that.I am very pleased with these decorations. They sit in my window sills at Christmas time, just like I had growing up - without the hassle of cords and timers.I would purchase these again if needed.

works easy with the battery
I use this product in my bow window. I like candles and use them various places in my home. I did have a set of these candles that I have used for quite awhile. I needed a new set for my front window to replace the electric ones with a battery type instead. I did not hesitate to order another set of the same type candle.

Doesn't stay lite
Not worth the buy! It doesn't stay lite,have to keep taking the top of to get it lite again.very expensive for a cheaply made candle..
