Great start but my ropes have now gone rock hard with no flex. Any ideas on how to soften them?Update - great customer service! The team contacted me about my stiff ropes, we tried soaking them on advice but it didn’t work and they sent a replacement product the next day! Brilliant, bring on the battling again!

Really wanted some decent battle rope and I chose this item to colour coordinate with everything else being blue in my home gym and the price was reasonable too. However, I got sent orange rope and when queried was told there is no blue in stock despite all of the product images clearly showing blue rope. This was disappointing and I wouldn’t have ordered had I known in advance, so maybe a naughty sales tactic? I was offered a partial refund and couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of returning so have kept it, but still tainted the experience somewhat so have dropped a star. Be warned if you want the blue version!Other than that the rope seems good quality and works well.

Most fun I’ve had whilst exercising!! Love my ropes. They are noisy so best on carpeted floors or outside and my all over workout is brilliant.
