Great for wheelchair!
I bought this bag to go on the back of my wheelchair since a lot of bags are hard to get into or look ugly. This one is great. It's easy to clip on and off using the buggy straps, holds its shape and is easy to get into because it opens at the top rather than down the sides. And it looks just like a standard backpack- no giant mobility company lable!More details below...Size:'pats bag' this baby can fit so many beans!I've taken pictures to show how big it is (using cans of beans for scale cos I figure everybody has a can somewhere and I hate measuring stuff). When I unpacked it I thought it was a bit small (I was expecting a little bit larger than a normal backpack), but it is still within normal backpack size and can fit a deceptive amount of stuff. It's got a pretty square shape so that gives it more usable space, stuff stacks up well in it and the side and front pockets don't take up space in the main bag like I've found some other bags do.The main section is wide and tall enough to comfortably fit A4 paper. The side pockets are tall enough for two cans, but will not zip shut. Something with the same height, but thinner at the top (like a bottle) should fit.Quality:I've not used this properly yet so can't say if it will fall apart after a month, but it seems about the feel and build you could expect from any standard backpack. The straps aren't the comfiest thing out there, but aren't uncomfortable either. The zips work just fine (although the main one does get a tiny bit fussy at one end). The clips for the buggy straps are easy to use and can go short unlike some other bags I've seen where you need to hang it off a clip.Edit: I've been using it for a year now and no issues. Still very happy with it.Water proof?:Yup it's waterproof. Again I haven't used it over a long time, but I have tested it under my tap and it's good. No wetness in the main section after holding it under the tap for a couple of minuets and only a bit of leaking at the seams after holding a literal puddle in the front section. Should be good for keeping rain out and wet clothes or leaked bottles in.Changing mat:I don't care about the changing mat, but tested that under the tap too and its also waterproof. Should be good as a changing mat on various surfaces or for sitting on wet grass. Looks easy to clean with a wet wipe too.Weight:Standard backpack weight. Nothing exciting.I'm very happy with this bag and would suggest it to others. Should make a good wheelchair bag, nappy bag, outing bag for families etc. I can't wait to use it next time I go out and actually be able to reach things!
