In this telescope is very well made. My 10-year-old absolutely loves it. No problems getting it focused and magnification is great.

Easy to operate, works well, comes with lots of accessories. The camera mount is a little tricky but it works well. I highly recommend Video is of kombucha and you can see the live bacteria!

Great micro scope for young students. This Microscope is so much better than all the other cheap plastic kids microscopes. The metal construction and quality of lenses is very good. I originally purchased one and when I received it, it was a defective product. So I returned it after returning it I received an email from the distributor and they were so polite and kind they offered to send me another at no charge because they were confident in their product. So I said sure why not maybe the first one was just a bad one and this one will be better. And I was pleasantly surprised it was and it works great. If you're using this type of microscope make sure that you use the oil immersion technique for viewing things over 900x magnification, it makes viewing the sample much clearer.

I didn't expect this microscope to open the door to biology for my 10-year-old son, but it did. I just wanted to give him a useful, cool gift, but I didn't think he could like it so much. Great design, simple and easy-to-operate functions, the child is excited to capture the details under the camera, compare the biological pictures on the Internet, whenever he knows a new cell, new biological structure, he is extremely excited. All I can say is value for money!

We got this for my son for his 10th birthday and it has been a HIT! The kids explore outside to find things to look at, we compare hairs, take cheek swabs, etc. The magnification is great and clear. The phone adapter is a great addition, allowing more than one person to view at once, and take pictures and videos. We really enjoyed recording different substances (salt, sugar, etc..) dissolve. The pictures I have provided are images taken of moss, a leaf, salt and sugar with the phone adapter.

Overall the microscope itself is fine but it feels a bit cheap. Had mine for about a year and the top half snapped in 2.

Wasn’t easy to use for myself or my grandson. I thought I bought a 2 year insurance policy but nothing has come in the mail or with the package. It has lots of extras which are wonderful. I didn’t need to buy extra slides. Hope my son can get it to work better than I could. My grandson was excited to unwrap his favorite gift.

J'ai acheté ce microscope en décembre et le soir de Noël la petite lampe du haut ne fonctionnait pas. Les images étaient très difficiles à obtenir avec l'objectif 40. J'ai donc fini par demander un remboursement. Mais j'étais déçue de devoir le renvoyer. J'ai fini par démonter la lampe et j'ai appuyé sur l'ampoule, elle était mal insérée, et s'est mise à fonctionner. Depuis c'est génial, tout va bien, de magnifiques images avec tous les objectifs. My 5 years old loves it! Really easy to set up, feels properly built. I realize that having the bottom and the upper lights are a must and in this micro are strong. I wish it could come with a case where to store it and carried it! It does come with some sort of cheap bag, which at the end is really good for nothing as it is too light to give some protection for the micro when being carried. Also it would be great if it could have a little more ready samples, other than that i think it is worth the money.

Ottimo. Ho preso il Microscopio a mio figlio di 7 anni,lui felicissimo e io mi sono proprio appassionata nell'osservare tante cose. Adesso passiamo il tempo libero a cercare qualsiasi tipo di materiale per osservarlo. Lo consiglio è ottimo ed è comodissimo il fatto che funzioni anche con le batterie.

Despite the cheap price, this microscope is very capable (check pictures and the video) and felt solid in hand. This is a great product if you want to discover the hobby of microscopy for minimal investment. The package includes prepared sample slides of insect parts, plants, and even blood which is nice. They also provide you with 5 blank slides and coverslips so you can do your own slides (that's a great addition). You also get some tools for sample preparation but you will have to do some research on the web to learn how to use them. A plastic cover is included and prevents the accumulation of dust on the microscope. Observing samples was straight forward and simple. I like that they include a cell phone adapter and a wire shutter to take pictures. Since I brew beer and that I am actively trying to isolate wild yeast I wanted to find a cheap microscope to observe my samples. I was easily able to observe yeast cells with it, which pleased me (see video). Other than that, I can easily imagine kids having a great experience with this product. It has everything to start a microscopy hobby.
