Review of LEBE 11pcs Resistance Band Set,with Door Anchor Attachment, Handles, Ankle Straps,For Resistance Training, Physical Therapy, Home Workouts,5 Exercise Bands Stackable Up To 100lbsI ordered the set because my wife and I both had recent minor knee surgeries and we are going through physical therapy. We also do a lot of exercise (we have his and hers elliptical machines, weights, etc.) The trainers gave us each a glorified rubber band to take home for exercises. Not much to work with. For under 20 bucks this Resistance set is much, much better. The colors of the bands match standard resistance with black being the most difficult.The directions show many exercises you can do (English and German directions) My physical therapist circled those most useful for knee work to include building thigh, hip and knee strength. He added several like walking with resistance by wrapping a band around the ankle or knee. since the bands can connect end to end Since I have weak upper body I added several for arms. At 70 I also need to tighten stomach muscles and there are several you can do. A lot cheaper than a rowing machine. While several exercises appear to require that you use a door, you can wrap the resistance bands around poles, exercise equipment, any stable object. See images for examples of exercises and use of door or other. Finally, like the item description notes, you can easily stack the bands to real resistance for those X90 power users. For my needs the green and black bands are fine.

Nicely packaged. Good quality. Convenient bag to carry the three bands in. Each band is used for light, medium, and strong (or heavy) resistance. I tried each one briefly to find the best one to start with. I chose the yellow one, which is the one for light resistance. I would love if there was a guide, but I already have an eBook that I purchased from Amazon. The book is okay, but I'm looking for a better one with pictures that are clearer. These bands are longer than others that I have tried. If you are of average height, they should be okay. Good luck.

As discussed with my car procter and doctor are very dangerous. One of the band slipped and hit my glasses and I. I'm very glad there was no damage done but it's not a very well made product and can be very dangerous especially around kids or anyone who is not being really careful and aware of the dangers of having a Huge elastic manned striking them with potential to cause quite some injury.

The bands are too long for me to use them. I am a shorter person. I tried every way possible. There is no metal loop on the door anchor. I even tried to use them as the girl in the picture in the description and the band would just roll up my leg. I am in the process of returning. Also the bands and the straps seem to be lower in quality. Can sum this up as just disappointing.

Not much to say. I hurt my back and need physical therapy. So I use these at home on the days I don't go. They are good quality and do what they advertise.

Came on time, and is precisely what you expect. I've gotten much use out of them and am satisfied with the purchase.

If I could just find a door jam in my house that doesn't have an adjacent wall I'd be even better.
