Can I use a microphone, electric guitar & Mp3 player all at the same time?

You absolutely can. Inputs include one (1/4") mono microphone jack plus two (1/4") keyboard/instrument jacks (one jack for each side of the stereo output). The Tone and Delay/Reverb function work globally, controlling both microphone and keyboard/instrument input at the same time. The keyboard/instrument inputs also have other special effects that are separate from microphone input. The unit ALSO includes auxiliary stereo inputs for MP3's etc., using one stereo 1/8" jack or (L/R) RCA jacks. The auxiliary input also includes an optional center cancel function to eliminate some, but not all center frequencies, where vocals are usually placed. This allows you to use it like a karaoke device or to play backtracking.

I hope this Roland cube battery-powered amp up to my Yamaha explorer electric drum kit . There was a good volume but Little bass drum response .

Does the amp come with the cord for connecting to instrument?

No, but I include the cable with the amp. I had to buy it.
