How is this packed (is it boxed or vac packed) and what is the shelf life?

It comes in a plastic wrapper, but not actually vac packed. On mine the shelf life was quite short, but I froze it as soon as it arrived (label says it’s suitable for freezing).

Can this product be frozen?

Yes approx 10 days in a fridge and 10 months in a freezer although it may be ok longer in a freezer

How many Tempeh bars in this purchase? How many servings in each Tempeh bar?

Hi You will receive 2x400g tempeh bars. Serving depends on what you’re making with it. When I make a stir fry, I use half a block for 4 of us

Not really happy

I have since purchased tempeh from another source and in comparison this product was not great. Looking back the packaging wasn’t a very secure. Perhaps this compromised the quality.
