PVC plumbing connections and plug into GFI 120V outlet. I had problems with mine working and sent it back to manufacturer. Got money back.

How well does this handle hair from sower and or sink?

No problems with routine use. However, a person cleaned out a hairbrush and tried to flush the hair clump and it jambed the macerated blade and burnt the motor. That was why I ordered the replacement unit.

Can I use a tank type wall hung toilet with this product

Yes, we have one of these units connected to a Duravit Wall Hung Toilet. We simply put the Saniflo off to the side into the wall (which may not have been necessary, but was convenient for the plumber and for access if needed).

The pump i recieved was rated to be 120v , i need a 220v-240v rated pump according to my country (qatar) , is it available ?

If you'd like Saniflo products with 220V please contact their European headquarters.
