Good product
Before this one, I tried two expensive cables, but none of them was working on my Mac book. Fortunately, this cheaper cable is working well, and good enough for my working bench.

Worked on Win10 with PCEngine APU
I bought this to connect to a PCEngines APU for PFsense / OPNSense. This had the "DB9F female connector with null modem pin-out" that I required. It worked no-problem on Windows10 and found drivers via Windows Update.

Worked at first, died after 2 months.
Item worked great for the first couple months until it died. I used to to connect a raspberry pi to a projector for control over RS232. Devices suddenly stopped working. I replaced it with a similar USB to serial adapter which worked fine. Listing claims 24 month warranty but I don’t see any way to make a claim.
