Is red hill baking soda organic

I don’t believe so...it also did not work at all for me. My cookies were flat as pancakes.

It's labels says aluminum free but in the description it has sodium aluminum sulfate added?

The label says sodium acid pyrophosphate not sodium aluminum sulfate or phosphate, which makes it aluminum free.

What Are The Cleaning Instructions?

I didnt know you needed to clean flour additives.

What is the "use by" date on this?

Mine is gone by the time i looked at dates. It works so good and my rolls and french bread comes out so good i never bothered to look. Its cooked at 375f-450f .
