I needed the book for class, but somehow I was sold a ripped book right by the spine of the book.

I bought this book for my partner who is studying speech pathology, and she is very pleased with it. It would appear to be one of the key texts in its field, and my partner hasn't spent a day without it since she received it; accordingly, her copy is already extensively dog eared, like all genuinely useful study books should be.
