It does swivel. You get quite a good range for angle mounting.

The clothesline stretched. Not durable.

It’s 40 ft & holds a lot of items!! It’s also great to hang bed pillows, rugs, etc. to freshen up with good old fashioned sunshine!! 🌝🌝
