Arrived broken, replacement wonky
It's a pretty pin, and I bought it because I love neurons. The first one arrived missing the middle stone. Replacement was super-easy so 5 stars for that. They sent a new one before I'd even gotten the faulty one into the package to send back. Replacement arrived in a few days, and while not missing a stone, the stones do not fit well in the setting and it looks flimsy and cheap. I'm not sending the second one back because I don't love it enough to go to the trouble of having them send me a third one.
