not worth the money!
I bought this for $15 and I'd say it's definitely not worth the money. It is NOT as high quality as a Barbie doll. The hair is gross--it's hard and stiff, and if you try to loosen it up, you find that the hair on top of Elsa's head is basically just short hair matted down (so it's not going to take long for a child to mess it up and for it to look even worse than it already does). The velcro on the dress bunches weird so it doesn't lay flat in the back. The shoes come rubberbanded to the doll, and I'm fairly certain if you take those off there will be no way to keep them on her feet. I'm really disappointed with this product and would absolutely not recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful Doll.m
Beautiful doll! I'm not thrilled with the hair. It's hard and stiff making it look like a comb over as it's super short and sticks out badly. They should have left it one length and not try for volume I guess is where they were going. Also this Barbie doesn't stand like the others because it's feet are soft and rubbery. And yes my toddler does notice and keeps asking why. But overall, the face is beautifully painted and the hair looks gorgeous from the front.Edit: After watching the movie again, they did a really good job at getting the hair right. Just with a toddler playing with it, the hair messes up as expected and with a toddler who pays attention to detail, she gets upset and asks me to constantly fix it.

Avoid
This is a terrible quality doll with terrible quality shoes, downright ugly hair, and won't last very long. My daughter played with it or a few hours and then was crying as the doll's hair came loose, and as the poor quality of the doll became apparent. Even before the end of her birthday, she was begging for us to get a better doll.My daughter wanted a good doll. She had seen the first movie. She wanted this doll very much.So we bought it for her birthday. Bad idea. She excitedly unwrapped it. When the hair emerged from the packaging, they were stiff and unwieldy, and it only got worse with time. The dress is ungainly, stiff and cheap. The shoes are held together with thin bands threatening to break. It doesn't stand. It doesn't sit. The arms are unnatural, as is the rest of it.Please avoid this. Ours is being returned today, not because we need the money, but to tell Disney that we won't buy this poor quality junk. Luckily our children got a good lesson in good versus bad quality and how best to spend their money.

Cute but poorly made
The doll definitely resembles Elsa well but there should be better quality control. I got this for my daughter for Christmas and the doll is poorly made. The hair is the worst part. The top part of her hair on the head/scalp should have been a part of the rest of the hair. Instead it's hard, plastic sections that frizzed away from the rest of the hair. Luckily my daughter is really young and doesn't mind it most of the time. I should have spent more money on a better doll.

The hair is rock hard
My daughter was very disappointed with this doll. The hair is way off. It's overly sprayed with something that makes it rock hard. You can also tell as soon as that spray wears out her hair is going to look ridiculous due to the odd cuts. Kid has already asked me if we can go Walmart or Target and trade if for the real doll, because this one doesn't make the cut.

Reviews are accurate... #fail
Elsa's hair IS a hot mess from the get go. It comes out of the box a wreck. This doll was poorly executed. I see what they were trying to accomplish but whomever came up with the idea for her hair hopefully was sent back to doll creation/design school as they completely failed. Luckily my daughter is small and we have applied a hack to hold the hair in place that she could care less about. I also super glued the terribly inadequate "shoes" to her feet. The company even wrote toy details all over the dolls back in orange... seriously. #failBut for a star struck 4 year old, it's fine enough. Though severely overpriced...Save yourself the frustration. Buy a different Elsa doll. By now, with Frozen 2, there are several better choices.

Cute doll but clothes are crap
The was very cute exactly like the movie. I saw a lot of negative views on the hair. Yes it does come out of the braid. It depends on how rough your child plays. We had no problem. . The hair that came loose was really stiff like glued together. Its the outfit. The back train was like it wasn't stitched and so it came undone and then ripped. Then the front of the dress ripped from the top of the dress. I would give this a one but the doll looked so much like the movie. I would not recommend this doll.

Not labeled for sale in US, different quality
Didn’t realize it was an imported toy (the one I got was labeled for sale in Korea), so the quality is different than the ones I’ve seen for sale in the US. It’s fine because it’s still Elsa and my tot still loves her anyway. Just felt a little misled after buying, is all.
