Where is my dulex charger?
It took me a while before opening the package but when I did first thing I notice is the charger is not a dulex, it’s on that I could have gotten from the flea market for $2 and on top of that u can not charge 4 batteries at a time, oh no, nope, u have to charge just 2 batteries at a time.. What a big Let down. My cameras take 4 batteries and that’s why I picked this “DEAL”out. There was no instructions, u cant even you tube it. I haven’t contacted the dealer just because I ordered it a while back and I’m sure there is a dead line. But how stupid is that. How am I supposed to know until the batteries die and I need to charge them. Two out of 4 didn’t work at all. I see a few others with same problem and the company replaced them. I didn’t need to change out the old ones yet but ordered them because of course I will need them for the Arlo cameras. So thanks to them I have no cameras running right now because I have no batteries. “NOTE”Test everything right away and does the product match the ad. I thought I was getting a good deal but it costed me another $60 to get more rechargeable batteries because u can’t mix brands for the Arlo system cameras.

Let down
Just arrived today, don't know the preformance of the batteries yet. But, it looks like the charger is only capable of charging one battery per side. In the picture, battery that is charging is in tray, with adjustable prong directly on the bottom.On the side that's not charging, the batteries are stacked, with adjustable prong on the bottom of the second batterySo, prong battery prong, charges.Prong battery, battery, prong is not.Very dissappointed in this.The included cradle should be capable of charging 4, not only 2 batteriesEDIT: seller as already responded and is in process of correcting the problem.

Melted charger.
Got the product with no instructions. Inserted my batteries. All went well. Side of charger states red = charging and green = charged. No green light in 12 hours but awful smell noted. Picked up charger. Dropped it due to excessive heat. Charger melted in two places. Can’t just send an email so have to call. I am hearing impaired but will make do. Get what you pay for.

Arlo does not see the recharged batteries
My review is for the older model that I bought and charges 2 batteries at a time. The batteries are silver colored. I have only recharged these batteries one time. They do not work the 2nd time. Although the battery charges to 3 V, Arlo does not sense the current and thinks batteries are discharged.

There were 2 out of 8 batteries not turned green on charger. The seller did a wonderful service to send me 2 batterier and a charger. Then the replacements worked without problem. I use those batteries for my arlo security cameras and they work better than others. With the good service and battery, I had replaced my 2nd order.

Not sure about this product
Received my order quickly. Not sure about how the others nit works. Place 4 batteries in the charge, lights remained red, didn’t see it begin charging. I write this before I got a chance to study up on the charger
