2020 is still pretty flexible, so if prototyping, be sure to test a few sizes before committing. I'm not saying it's whimpy -- I did need to use my foot to prove it flexes. :)The ends could be better deburred but not worth knocking off a star.

Basically all the extrusions were bent to the point of being worthless. Thought about trying to bend them straight with heat but I have yet to get around to it. Started building my CNC right when COVID began and just now noticing these issues.

One of mine came gouged right on the corner edge. Had to file it down and hide it from sight to be aesthetically pleasing. I don’t remember the description saying it would be full of shavings either. I generally don’t buy items I have to clean and repair before I can use them.

2 out of 4 showed up with slightly dented ends, the other ends were ok. Luckily i needed smaller pieces anyway so I just sawed the ends off. other than that they were straight and to spec

Incredible packaging.Measurements of each bar are only off by about 0.4mm so all of the bars are about 200.4 mm long which isn’t a big deal.Have to make sure you de bur the edges, they are a bit sharp from the cut.Everything was perfect!

The extrusions look nice but they are full of small metal shavings! Be very careful when taking the plastic sheets off especially if you have kids or pets.
