Several Defects on the Cups. Not good quality
Even for the discounted price, the cups were not upto the mark for the following reasons -1. Few defects with uneven finish and white spots on the outer side, making it prominently visible against the otherwise matte black finish on the outer side.2. Same as above (but less) on the inner side3. Inner side colours are not very bright. Pretty subdued orange, pink, red, yellow, etc.4. Body feels quite thick. I understand this is no bone china, but even for ceramic it could have been a little less thick.I have seen Rs120/- varieties in the shop with much better quality, finish and presence. So for Rs.90/- a piece this ain't a great deal. Though I have kept my order we only use them for ourselves and offer coffee to very close family and friends who wouldn't mind such things when they visit. But we definitely feel the urge to hide them from sight when office colleagues or 'not so close' people are visiting.

partial replacement/refund
of the 6 cups recd ,5 are ok,1 is chipped.I want a repalcement or prorata refund.There is no point returning 5 good cups to get one replaced.Surely there will be damage on return or while getting replacement again.This isa no win situation .Ideally replace one or refund for one which is win win for all.your algorithm should provide for partial replacements or refunds.I have spoken to ur customer care on this and this needs out-of -the box thinking and resolution.Thx.

Not good
Gets chipped very easily. Handle is also not of standard width, some are thin, other are bit wider. Not satisfied with the product much.

Worst quality and cheapest finishing and painting
Not worthy. Cheapest quality of cups and cheapest finishing .Looks like these were painted by hands and cups have uneven uneven surfaces and handles.Not suggested to buy at all.
