I bought one for parents, my mom has joint pains sometimes. She says this helps a lot. Please maintain some distance from the light source panel though, it emits a lot of heat. Please be careful extra careful about applying to face.

I had bought it in Oct 19. Now it has become defective not giving the services from 08 Feb 20. It is very painful to notice that such highly priced item has become useless within 4 months. Request get it repaired.

Dam good, it works very well for all types of pain. Even for gout . Good brand and the quality is great.

The Product delivered in a perfect condition , I have not started to use it extensively but I tested the lamp on one area and it is miraculous .

I bought this almost 2 months ago to aid me in my severe car accident healing quest. I have been in debilitating pain since mid July and it is now Mid Dec. i go to Physical Therapy twice a week and was wanting to do therapy at home because I was desperate for pain relief. I purchased this device end of October and have to say out of everything I do and have bought to help me, this is my favorite. Initially I used it twice a day- way too much because I believe you should not use it more than 20 minutes total each session this the timer—as I moved it from my neck to my shoulder to my upper back, then lower back then right hip- multiple spots and angles as I had multiple fractures in my pelvis on that side. I look a fool using a variety of things to set it on and also to set my body on. I don’t care as it has brought me the most relief. I only use it once a day now - usually in the evenings-and have added the other kind of red light/Infrared body panel to my daily therapy for morning. now I use near and far infrared. This device is still my favorite. I am having incredible results and my Physical Therapist is pleased. I am also beginning to Be able to sleep for short periods of time on my side which has helped me sleep much better. As a bonus, I was pleasantly surprised when my pointer finger returned to it’s normal size a few weeks after using this device on it. The hand specialist told me it was a burst joint fluid sac filling the finger and that there was nothing really we could do as it would just fill up with fluid again if we drained it. It is dried up now!!! I’m not sure if it will heal it all the way as it hasn’t been that long but I’m very pleased to have my finger looking feminine again! Infrared is supposed to aid healing on a cellular level and that is fantastic, because even though I cannot tell what’s going on on the inside, my pain levels are much improved and life feels doable again!!! I have sent one to my Aunt who has rheumatoid arthritis and very bad hands because she loved using mine. I cannot recommend enough and even if mine broke tomorrow, I would not hesitate to try and replace the bulb and if necessary buy a new one!
