Those are my absolute favorite snacks. They come pre-packaged and they're only 30 calories each. They're definitely worth the price. They have a long shelf life. Even though mine don't last long. I don't like salty food and I don't put salt on my food. I don't find these salty at all. But some people might. Your fingers will get a little messy. Especially if you lick them. Like I do. I don't notice any kind of smell at all. I'm not looking for one either. So it could be different for some people. Not to mention that they're absolutely delicious. I've ordered them more than once. I keep them in my nightstand in case I get hungry. It's the perfect snack, the perfect portion, it's low calorie and they're delicious!! I can't find anything better and I don't even bother to look. I don't know exactly when it happened, but somewhere between the first crinkle of the bag and the last satisfying crunch, my son became a full-blown seaweed addict. And honestly? I'm not even mad about it. Gimme Seaweed Organic Premium Roasted Seaweed Snacks in Sea Salt have officially replaced chips, crackers, and whatever mystery snack he was into last month. The flavor is perfectly salty, light, and crispy in a way that makes you think, "I'll just have one." Spoiler: no one has ever had just one. The best part? This is a healthy snack obsession. I love these! They are perfectly crispy and have just the right amount of sea salt without being overwhelmingly salty. Getting the 20-count pack is honestly the way to go—it's way more cost-effective than grabbing single packs at the local store, and they stay fresh in their individual wrappers. I usually don’t leave reviews on food, unless there is something bad about the product I think people should know, but I wanted to talk about this seaweed, because, as somebody who didn’t like seaweed as a kid, I can say this is a vast improvement! This review is for anyone who is thinking about giving seaweed another chance, after not liking it years ago. When I was at summer camp, Wayback, when I was 12, a friend of mine had seaweed, and I tried it. To me, it tasted disgusting! It wasn’t my thing. It tasted like salt, water and a little fishy and it just wasn’t for me. Back in December I was hanging out with a friend who was snacking on seaweed like it was the business and she was in overtime. I felt brave so I thought I would try it again feeling my older taste buds would enjoy it more and I was shocked! Seaweed doesn’t taste like it used to anymore. They’ve actually found ways of flavoring it that makes it taste amazing! Like a little sheets of snacky heaven. Hers was a different brand than this one so when I tried this one again, I was afraid I wouldn’t like it. This one, however, it is so much better! I have become a seaweed fan, and this seaweed is the reason. Give it a try, it’s a great healthy snack! It actually tasted like olive oil and sea salt instead of the very overpowering taste it had years ago. My puppy even enjoys seaweed with me as a healthy little treat. Highly recommend you give it a shot. I gave the portion size 4 stars, because I wish it had just a few more sheets.

These tasted great and I have had sea salt roasted seaweed before. I would have given it 5 stars 🌟 but it was very greasy. I have never had it greasy before and it said nothing of that. If you eat this be sure you have something for your hands...very very greasy.

Whole Foods had them on sale so I bought 6 packs of them. They didn't last long. The notable saltiness in the Sea Salt variety was nice but a later purchase had me looking for the salt. It's a bit inconsistent between lots. There is a salt water scent to them, I wouldn't call it fishy, as some have said. When a fish smells like fish, its not fresh anymore. Fresh fish has no smell. Yes, you will sea oil on anything that touches them, its part of the process. Just keep a napkin handy. Seaweed is a fantastic superfood that should not be feared to try, they are delicious and habit forming. Much better than chips or crackers to snack on. I've had other brands but I enjoy the gimME brand the best for flavor and saltiness(not heavy but light saltiness). There are far worse things you can eat but these are also healthy. Note: If you are sensitive to iodine, or have a thyroid health issue, ask your doctor before eating ANY seaweed snack. They do contain iodine, a necessary nutrient for a normal metabolism. Also, even if its normal, be careful not to over indulge too frequently, as the iodine can cause other issues if you consume too much of it. Otherwise, ENJOY!

Gimme Seaweed is my son's go to food. He is one of those fancy picky eaters. We've tried different brands of seaweed, he complains about the taste. I guess it has to taste like the ocean...Gimme got His Seaweed and he devours a case in 2 days. The quality is excellent if you want crispy texture with the ocean's kiss. He eats a bowl of rice and 2 packs of seaweed. Easy and simple to use. Use the seaweed to pick up the rice.
