How do you know if these are working or not--what does it feel like when they're working?

I used them after a course of heavy duty antibiotics. Took a week or so but everything started working normal. I take them for 30 days after any type of intestinal disorder and it gets me back to a regular schedule and feel.

worked for me after urinary infection killed by a bunch of antibiotic medicine. Doctor recommended to get the good gut bacteria count back up and it did just that with 1 bottle
