Simba African Teff Flour, 4 Pounds | Perfect for Baking, Flour for Injera | Gluten Free

Excellent product. Better than other Teff Flour brands. Teff is one of the healthiest grains. I bought this to make injera, yet I found myself using it as a gluten-free alternative to regular wheat flour. Other gluten free grain flours (like rice flour) hurt my stomach even though they're gluten free. This one does not at all! Perhaps it's because it's directly from Ethiopia and therefore it is non-GMO or not polluted like the soil in unfortunately many American wheat farms. I'm usually all about buy American only! Yet when it comes to food ingredients, sadly, our standards are lacking.

To make injera bread

Tried other types, but this one by far met my expectation in terms of flavor, texture and teste.

I have purchased teff from Amazon in the past. I ordered some American teff, mostly because of the price. It was not quite the same. This package is 100 percent, authentic African grown teff, and you can tell the difference in both taste and texture. If you are looking for teff, you won't go wrong with this product, and the price is great as well. Will order this again when necessary. Teff rocks!

Not a fan of the taste. It was my first and last purchase of teff flour. Not a knock against the brand but overall teff isn’t for me. Wasted my money. Baked several loafs of bread but can’t get the recipe right. Probably all my fault but this seems like a great quality. Just not for me. Going back to regular flour hahah

Wonderful flavor! This will become my go-to flour for g-f breads!

The seal on the bag came apart so there was a lot of the flower in the shipping box. Not sure if I should use the flour since it was not seal correctly.
