Makes the best smoked chicken wings ever. And it's really clean, no added junk in it at all. Only drawback is when you shake it on your food, it will attack your nose with a sneeze fest.

I believe this stuff is more finely ground than it should be. I cannot get it on my food without having a sneezing/coughing fit. I look crazy carefully shaking it on at arms length and then running away. When I return minutes later, the airborne particles still get me. It's not just me either. I have it at work, and anybody in the kitchen when I use it starts coughing. Probably going to have to discard it, it's just not worth it. I've probably used it 20 times with the same results.

The smell alone will have your eyes watering. Seriously prep in a well vented place we learned the hard way. Taste wonderful but a little goes a long way.

This was an amazing purchase. The flavor is full, brilliant, and is not salt heavy like most seasonings these days. Beware, it is a spicy seasoning, but moderation adds a simple yet enjoyable burst of heat to any dish.

Lost a bet with a friend and this what he wanted. I'll buy it again just for me! Very good. (careful not to accidentally inhale!)

Something in this product is so fine or powdery that when you try to lightly sprinkle it on your meat it floats all through the air causing extensive sneezing for anyone in the area, we are not people that have allergies. Would advice not to purchase this product since you can not return it.
