I have used this mat twice, because I bought it recently and for me it works perfect. It sticks to the counter and never moves when I'm kneading the dough, it is easy to clean, when dry I roll it and keep it inside a kitchen drawer. I think I made a good purchase at a very good price. Now my brother wants one. Think I will order another one for him. Also my order with 7 more items came before expected. Thanks Amazon!!!

I replaced an ancient Tupperware plastic mat with this one and I use this more than I ever did the other one. This lays flat on your work surface without weights on the corners, wipes clean and I drape it over a chair back if I need to air dry it. It rolls up easily and fits in the front of a drawer when not in use. If you roll out pie crusts I highly recommend this but even if you just want to have a perfect surface to knead the dough and this is worth the money.

This is honestly an almost perfect product. The item is good for the appearance and usage. The only issue is the cleaning process was a bit difficult. It almost ripped one time while cleaning but that was because it was definitely not cleaned correctly. It was difficult to hand scrub clean so I had to put it in the dish washer.

This pastry mat is awesome! The thing I like most is that it sticks to the surface of my granite counter top and doesn't slip as I'm rolling out dough. The measurements are easy to read without glasses and cleanup is a breeze. Important note: Keep the paper that comes wrapped around the mat, wrapping it around again after use makes it much easier to store rolled up.

The mat seems to well constructed. I like the fact that it is non slip. I placed it on my counter and it stayed in place. I like the measurements printed on the mat. I do wish they were a little more readable. They seem to be a bit blurry, but not a deal breaker for me. I gave only 4 stars because I have not been able to give it a real test. I will update my review when I use it to roll out fondant, which is the reason I purchased it.

Love it! Lies flat, does NOT slip, wanted this size and fits nice on counter or table...not small so have plenty of room to roll out and like all the diameter measurements. Super easy to clean and let dry, roll up until next time and always unroll flat. You wont regret getting it-but would be great for kids to craft on...easy clean up.

This mat works great. I leave it rolled out on my granite countertop, and it stays in place perfectly. Then I can use it as a kneading mat, a dough rolling mat, a cutting board grip, in addition to so many other ways.Cleanup is simple without having to remove the mat. Get a soapy sponge and scrub any food remains off, then take a wet towel and wipe away all the soap. Of course, it’s easy enough to remove from the countertop and wash off in the sink or throw in the dishwasher as well.Highly recommend for its versatility and ease.

Bought this for baking pies aver the holidays. I was skeptical about whether this would work because ages ago I tried the old thicker plastic mats that the dough would stick to. To my surprise this worked beautifully for my pie crust. The mat was not overly sticky. I did not need to add flour to the mat and throw off the proportions of my crust ingredients. Laid nice and flat, didn’t slide around, and it was easy to wash too. Thin but seems sturdy.
