I really loved the fried ice cream at Chi Chi's years ago. The Mexican chain restaurants around today don't compare in terms of their fried ice cream recipes. This stuff is great and tastes similar to Chi Chi's without the need for frying.

Of course not as authentic as the actual "Fried" Ice cream but overall this product is some pretty good stuff! And of course a healthier alternative having to avoid the deep fryer.
