Taggiasca Olives - Benza - Liguria

Taggiasca olives are hard to find ! My recipe for Chicken Fricassee called for theses olives and I'm so thankful for Gustiamo! There you can find real authentic Italian food delivered right to your door! They arrived quickly, expertly packaged and in perfect condition. The olives are smooth and velvety, small and pitted but packs a fruity punch, I love snacking on them too! My dish was a hit!!! Grazie mille!!!!!

Milder, smaller with a more subtle flavor than kalamata olives. Easy to pit them by just squeezing.

These olives are small with larger pits. They are soft and have slightly bitter taste. I usually like big, sour green olives so these different. They also have small black spots on them, not mold, but their colors do not look bright like in the pictures. But I am enjoying having them, though I do not think I would repurchase.Gustiamo, on the other hand, is a great company and I am a return customer. Will definitely continue purchasing more items. I wish they had more options available on Amazon.
