All I can say about this tea is, WOW!!! Never have I been able to take an energy/tea drink and feel so good. Not only does this tea help curb my annoying mid day hunger pains but it gives me the natural caffeine that my body craves with out having to go through the awful crash most of us experience with other drinks. I highly recommend this tea for people who are trying to lose a few of those holiday pounds, as well as those red bull/coffee junkies, who are trying to have energy though their day with out experiencing a caffeine/sugar crash. 10 stars!!!
