Excellent service....well packaged and arrived the day after being ordered. Initial impressions are that the long arm stapler is a robust and good quality home/office tool. It's very early days and I've only used it to staple a few booklets for family members. So far have found it quite easy to use, although the sliding guide was a little stiff to move and adjust at first but not really an issue now. Generally a very practical office tool and good value for money. Wish I had got one years ago!
