They're not the best but they're cheap
I wouldn't use them for end mills but they're accurate enough to drill holes with. I bought these to hold drill bits and save my good collets for end mills.For the price you can't really complain.Edit: Now that the price jumped up I'm going to have to drop the rating to reflect.These are not good enough to be used for end mills. The runout is terrible on about half of them but they are good enough for HSS drill bits.
