Good buy for US electronics
I was a little scared to purchase this as the price was high. I had bought a device from US which runs on 110v and uses 750Watts. I bought this as it was autowound transformer. The build quality is solid and the transformer is very heavy (more weight usually means better quality). The transformer is completely silent and doesn’t heat up. The multimeter reading shows 110v.

Worth the money!
Using it for My US Samsung 55'' MU6300 TV + Soundbar + Woofer + IKEA Lamp. It is really great and has not given me any issues till date. Must buy for your US appliances. Follow the instructions from manufacture to figure out appropriate voltage needed and then buy accordingly.Hint: How to calculate correct W you need?Ans. (Add all the Power Wattage indicated on each appliance) + (~300 W) = Maxine (X) Watts

Well made. Very quiet.
I’m using this to power a Marantz PM6006 intergraged amplifier and a Audio Technica LP120 turntable. The combined rated input for both is 353w. It’s always best to go for a converter with a much higher capacity than your actual requirement - hence the 1000w decision. The first thing I did was power it up in a quiet room and was very happy to note that it was virtually silent.

No Manual or Warranty Card
I had ordered this product but it was delivered without the Product manual or warranty card. I then ordered a replacement stating that I need the Warranty Card.Today the replacement arrived and guess what -- again without the Product manual or Warranty Card. This is not a cheap product and the least expected is the seller provides the Product documents.Don't know what to do now.

Works with our Kitchenaid mixer- So far so good.
So far so good - with mom's Kitchenaid Pro 450W mixer. It's only been a month since our purchase and the stepdown has been used 4-5 times at the most. Our mixer is from the US and this was a big risk and experiment...But with the Maxine stepdown, it has been working smoothly so far.

Excellent but Replace Fuse with Better Rating
Easily handled a 500 Watt Dehydrator for 8 hours without heating up nor making buzzing sounds. Had to replace the fuse the first time I switched it on for a test run with a phone charger with a better rated one.

This is the converter you want for your expensive equipment
Excellent product. I use it for my Kitchenaid Pro (450 Watts) and it works perfectly. I have run the Kitchenaid for more than an hour, grinding meat, stuffing sausages, kneading dough, and the converter never got hot or gave me any trouble.

Looks solid, but stopped working in a day
Product looks solidly built, and was packed very nicely. But it won't switch on again after a single 3-hour use on my Samsung 46 inch LED TV.The 220 V mains power comes through a UPS and so is clean. The TV draws only 150W, and the Maxine transformer is rated much higher at 1000W. So the problem must have been a fault in the transformer.Amazon won't allow a return - so waiting for a replacement, hope that works properly. Will update the review once I get the replacement unit.
