Always a consistent quality

As many who live in towns without specialty food stores know, many of the more uncommon/exotic spices and seasonings can be impossible to find. And a trip to the big city can be a wild goose chase. Plus, small amounts cost a fortune compared to these big jars. This is one of those things that make online shopping somewhat of a miracle. San Antonio brand is a good value and good quality. Spice it up! Bon appetit!

What did I like or dislike? I liked everything. What would I use this product for? ANYthing.I tried this Herbs de Provence for the first time on something non-destructible, and not necessarily high-end culinary, but mini cheeseburger sliders. What could go wrong? Nothing went wrong. Just a pinch on each topside before flipping and adding cheese, the resultant flavor was extreme."Ba-Baam" as Emiril would say. Garlic and salt/pepper was always my mainstay, but the refined aromas and flavors went beyond my norm. Go figure, the ingredients are all mostly staples, but few would have these in suitable quantities to remain fresh so this blend is ideal. Expiration date 09-04-2020.Only reason for a 4-Star review is that the labeling shows distributed by "LLB Company, Los Angeles, Calif", without a specific county of origin(s), which is essentially a standard these days. Amazon however is VERY restrictive involving terms with suppliers so I'm not concerned from a health/safety standpoint.

This is a good blend of herbs, but the fennel seed is a bit out of place for me and it definitely messes with the cohesiveness of the blend.So, I like it and enjoy it for flavoring crackers, but I will find a different blend next time.

I am speechless about the value and the quality you get with this product! I had never used Herbes de Provence before and I am astonished by how well it wakes up so many dishes. I have used it on everything, Even hamburgers! It is just stunning in its ability to wake up all the other old time favorites as well. Even meatloaf!The quantity you get is equally amazing- there is enough here to last a lifetime. A tiny pinch to each side of a hamburger patty for instance will blow your mind...

I love cooking with Herbes de Provence as they are flavorful and allow me to use less salt in my dishes. This brand provides a good value for the quantity, but I was a bit disappointed it did not have a "sprinkle" lid like you find in spices at the stores. It is easy enough to pour into a spoon so certainly not a reason not to purchase, but I did cut it back to 4 stars for that reason.

I found this blend originally at trader joes's but it is seasonal. I then found this one online with one extra ingredient. I love adding this to spaghetti and my turkey meatloaf. Turkey is sometimes hard to get a good flavor going but this really does the trick. Try it...you'll like it

I found another herbs de Provence that had lavender buds in it and I loved it. Yours had the same flavor but no lavender buds. I’m enjoying yours.
