Runs short and hard to determine if helping blood flow
Not sure if they actually help pump the blood in your legs but they do seem to have an effect while I walk. They are too short for my shoes. I wear size 13 and ordered these to fit but they are too short. So I either have to leave a gap in the toe or the heel. I’ve worn them on my daily walks for a few weeks and they seem to be holding up well. I can’t wear with many of my shoes because my shoe feels too tight. Even though these are thin, it must still take up room. Only works in one or two of my shoes.

I can’t believe these work for me.
I was skeptical but desperate so I ordered a pair. I dislike compression socks but felt they were necessary to provide some relief from edema. After wearing VenoPower inserts daily for the past few weeks I am happy to report that the inserts have provided pain relief in my feet and are effective in controlling the swelling in my legs. My only wish is that VenoPower would offer the option for a wider insert. I wear a size 14 shoe and have wide feet so while I find the length true to size the width leaves something to be desired. Regardless I plan on ordering several pairs so I don’t have to transfer my inserts to different shoes that I own. Thanks VenoPower!

Relief but short lived
The product really helped with the pain in my feet and legs. I work a 12 hour shift standing on steel and concrete. I had good relief from the pain but the top lining on the product started to roll up and give me a blister. So I liked the product and I would buy it again if they can improve the longevity.

Truth in advertising!!!
These really really work! I have venous insufficiency and constant swelling from damaged veins in my leg and foot. I am shocked with the improvement as I wear sport compression socks and have insoles for plantar fasciitis. I wear these over top of them as they are thin, they conform over the insert and hit all the pressure points of the “venous foot pump” they describe. The swelling in my left leg has dramatically diminished. Worth the price...I’ll never be cured of edema, they have improved my circulation and my pain is much much less! I don’t impress easy...

Know your need for compression.
The insoles are very comfortable. However they are not a substitute for compression stockings if you’re wearing them for venous insufficiency. I will probably wear them in sandals occasionally this summer, but my hopes of ditching the stockings isn’t working out. If you want something to replace light compression socks when you run, I think they’d be great.

About a shoe size too small.
I don't notice a real big difference, but they seem to offer a little bit of pain relief. The biggest thing is that although they say to order the same size as your shoes, mine are a good shoe size too small. I recommend ordering the next full size up. You can always trim them down if necessary.

Helping with my edema
I ordered these as a back up pair from my original order. They seem to be helping me with the lower leg/foot swelling that I have. It is a slow process, but I do notice improvement, and so decided to get another pair. They do have an odor noticed upon opening and I would suggest airing them out for a few days just to get rid of it. The top layer of the insole is also black, so you need to be aware that it may rub off onto your foot or socks. The raised areas seem to be like acupressure points and so far I have noted less fatigue and less cramping of the feet and legs, as well as a decrease in the swelling of my feet and legs. I know that not everything will work for everyone, but I have an open mind and since noticing that I have less swelling (also noticed as more available shoelace I can tie my shoe with), I will stick with these for a few months longer. I have only been using them for 2-3 weeks so far. I would recommend at least trying them.

Not impressed
While the inserts were relatively comfortable, they were too narrow for my feet and shifted in my shoes. That means the raised parts were not consistently where they were meant to be, and the sides of the inserts got abraded from the shifting. I did not notice any difference in swelling that would merit using these instead of compression socks.
