Everything functioned as it should, install was simple, however, during the initial leak test, the high pressure relief valve was leaking appropriately 3 DPM within the seat area. We stroke the disc a few times to no avail, and replaced it with the old 40 year piece that was removed. Pump switch’s was set at 32/60 PSI, and I believe this was a 170 PSI relief. May of been a damage seat from the factory..

I needed to replace my water holding tank in mid-2022. Instead of using this tea, which I probably could have used, I opted to buy a brand new one and all the accompaniments that go along with it. Installation was easy, but I should have used Megtape and a pipe dope similar to Rector Seal. I used only that cheap PTFE tape for plumbing, and have a few drips. That'll be my task for the summer, replacing that and putting the better stuff in place. It'll also give me the opportunity to drain the holding tank instead of allowing some of the well sediment to settle. Live and learn.
