I am the world's most sceptical person, my mantra is 'If it's too good to be true then it probably is'Well how wrong was I !!!It works just as it says it does!My waist is looking more shapely and slimmer without much change in diet! I'm not a lettuce leaf and tomato on a plate person too be honest so thought i would give this a go!It feels comfortable and makes you feel a bit more confident too...My jeans fit well and even makes my butt look better!! :-)I will be buying another so to wash whilst wearing the other..Can't fault it!! Comfortable and worth a go!!
I think these are fab and this is my second purchase (I ordered the large originally and didn’t find it quite as tight as I’d like)It’s not a corset and I wouldn’t recommend if your looking for the drastic waist cinch that only a corset gives...it doesn’t pull you in as much there’s too much stretch in the band however it does still create a lovely shape and it is extremely comfortable.I have quite a physical job and was suffering with lower back pain and I can honestly say since wearing this daily I haven’t experienced any pain whatsoever.I can move freely, exercise and keep it on all day no problem. It does feel strange at first but you quickly ajust and now I love wearing it!I also really believe it helps me feel fuller quicker I just can’t overeat and coincidence or not I’ve lost weight since wearing it.If you’ve never worn a corset and are new to waist training I think this is a comfortable alternative and still has great effects.Obviously everyone is different and wants different results but this has been a great starting point for me

Highly recommend this trainer.
I have lost so much weight in less than a month exercising and maintaining a balanced diet. You will not regret it and get your money's worth. The material is soft and very high quality and a great price.Buying the next size down pretty soon. This waist trainer will be your best friend but it's recommended to be worn or 4 hours and give it a rest. I recommended to everyone out there.

Fits as expected, works great!
The quality is more than I expected. I did follow the sizing chart and it was tough to put on at first. In just a few days I was in the second row and now I'm on my third row no problem.

Exceeded my expectations
When i first got it i thought i ordered it too small, but after a few minutes of struggling i got it on! It fits really well and is great under the thinnest tips and dresses, doesn’t show at all. No one can tell i’m wearing one and it’s amazing! So glad i bought it and it’s raised my confidence so much!

Sturdy, great support, feeling changes
I figure I probably burn at least a million calories getting the darned thing on, but once it's in place it looks amazing. It's more comfortable than I expected and beautifully flattens that post-baby flab.

Worth the money!
It supports my back and keeps my posture perfect at my desk, and really gives me a beautiful hourglass shape that is to die for. Definitely go with this shaper!! I would 100% recommend this!!
