All Purpose Black Leather English Riding Horse Saddle Starter Kit

This saddle is better quality than I thought. Its real letter but its not all leather. Only the seat of the saddle is leather. The stirrup strap is cheap and the black is rubbing off. That can be replaced tho. I read a lot of reviews saying they are going to replace the girth but I think its fine. I use it for jumping and trail rides I also ride western. I'm pleased with this saddle and hope it lasts.

This was a nice starter saddle. After measuring rider and horse we ordered. It was too small. Had to send it back. Only thing is Buyer has to pay return postage which was $43. Just be positive you’ve got the exact right size and you should be happy otherwise it’s going to cost you to try it.

My daughter received this as a gift for all her success with riding. She loves the saddles fit on the mount and the horse does too (Stretch). Daughter uses it for lessons and competitions every week. Regular care, oiling and maintenance only make it softer and better for showing.

I was very surprised when I opened the box and the saddle was so light. I looked it over to make sure the stitching was good and the under pad was not lumpy, lumps can hurt my horse. Everything was good with the saddle. Now I will see how it fits my Morgan.she is young and has a flat back, with small withers. She is a bay color. I was so happy the saddle fit her to a T. Like it was made for her. I didn't like the girth. So I use my own. Bridle was larger than I hoped but is good quality. Now for the ride... The saddle was great. Soft, comfortable, and looked so nice on my horse. I would recommend this saddle

shocked at the quality! Compared to the local tack shops this saddle prices at 1/10th the price. The girth was replaced but I am absolutely pleased with this saddle.

I love the light weight

Do yourself (and your horse) a favor and buy a used English saddle and setup for the same money spent on this poorly constructed item. First, the girth, leathers and bridle are basically useless, so be prepared to to spend an additional $100 in these items alone before you are ready to tack up your horse. The girth is of poor quality pinching material, you don't get to select a size, and the fasteners look like they could snap in half at any moment. The bridle must be made for a draft horse and is covered in some oily paint-like material. The leathers aren't made of leather at all, but rather, nylon with some kind of flaky coating to make it look 'real'...I don't know about you, but I'm not about to be two-pointing on two thin strips of nylon. The saddle itself is also that flaky painted texture. It is not balanced at all (too high in the cantle) so you're basically leaning up on the pommel the whole time. The leather covering of the saddle seat on mine wasn't even large enough to cover the wood that makes up the tree. Overall very disappointing...
