I am the world's most sceptical person, my mantra is 'If it's too good to be true then it probably is'Well how wrong was I !!!It works just as it says it does!My waist is looking more shapely and slimmer without much change in diet! I'm not a lettuce leaf and tomato on a plate person too be honest so thought i would give this a go!It feels comfortable and makes you feel a bit more confident too...My jeans fit well and even makes my butt look better!! :-)I will be buying another so to wash whilst wearing the other..Can't fault it!! I think these are fab and this is my second purchase (I ordered the large originally and didn’t find it quite as tight as I’d like)It’s not a corset and I wouldn’t recommend if your looking for the drastic waist cinch that only a corset gives...it doesn’t pull you in as much there’s too much stretch in the band however it does still create a lovely shape and it is extremely comfortable.I have quite a physical job and was suffering with lower back pain and I can honestly say since wearing this daily I haven’t experienced any pain whatsoever.I can move freely, exercise and keep it on all day no problem. It does feel strange at first but you quickly ajust and now I love wearing it!I also really believe it helps me feel fuller quicker I just can’t overeat and coincidence or not I’ve lost weight since wearing it.If you’ve never worn a corset and are new to waist training I think this is a comfortable alternative and still has great effects.Obviously everyone is different and wants different results but this has been a great starting point for me

I have lost so much weight in less than a month exercising and maintaining a balanced diet. You will not regret it and get your money's worth. The material is soft and very high quality and a great price.Buying the next size down pretty soon. This waist trainer will be your best friend but it's recommended to be worn or 4 hours and give it a rest. I recommended to everyone out there.

This is a lovely waist trainer/corset and I think I’ve ordered the right size as it is tight but comfortable. I’m a size 10 but have clothes in sizes 8-12. After reading the comments and looking at the size guide I ordered the medium size. Although it feels tight on the first row of hooks, that’s the whole idea of it and most importantly my back feels supported. As that was my main reason for purchasing I’m happy this will help to improve my posture and ease my aching back. It also clinches in my waist and isn’t visible under my clothes so that’s a bonus too! I’m pleased with my purchase and hope this review is helpful to others!

The quality is more than I expected. I did follow the sizing chart and it was tough to put on at first. In just a few days I was in the second row and now I'm on my third row no problem.

The material looks in feels very high quality. I am very happy with my purchase specially since I'm not a believer of waist trainers but I decided to give it a try since it's become really popular and I have seen girls that say they use it and have really good results.

To be honest product look lovely but it is big. I order size S after going through their measurement guidelines. My second day trying it and not happy due to the sizes are not labeled correctly. I am size 10(UK) and this is still not fit correctly.

When i first got it i thought i ordered it too small, but after a few minutes of struggling i got it on! It fits really well and is great under the thinnest tips and dresses, doesn’t show at all. No one can tell i’m wearing one and it’s amazing! So glad i bought it and it’s raised my confidence so much!
