I have always had great posture from years of Yoga in my single and child free days, but skip into my 30s and two kids and an 6-8 hour job later and I am beginning to see my posture suffer from having a desk job that I'm constantly hunched over at.At first glance out of the package it looks a bit confusing but if you take your time and work through it, it gets easier to put on. It felt a little uncomfortable at first because I was wearing this under my clothes and the material under my arms bothered me. I will say though that since it is winter, and I had sweaters on no one knew I had anything on. BUt I work from home so I decided to just put it over my clothes instead and for me that works best. I am doing yoga again to help my posture but this device reminds me during the day that I need to sit up correctly through out the day

The Brace is good. It comes in a simple packaging with simple instructions. I wish they had some more information on how to adjust the straps and make the back strap parallel to the shoulders. I have been wearing it for 3 days, it does provide a good support for the spine and the strain keeps your back up. I didn't like the fact that the straps stay hanging in the front, and it took a day to get used to the straps under my arms, but all in all it's a good product for the price.

I have scoliosis and I bought this in hopes that it would help with my back pain. I sit at my desk for most of the day, and it really takes its toll on my back. The instructions that it came with were easy to follow and I had it put together in no time. It’s very comfortable and definitely helps my posture without being uncomfortable or annoying. This is a great quality product at a great price and I would recommend this to any of my friends.

Works well. I knew my posture was poor but did not realize how poor it actually was. This brace has helped me be more mindful of my posture.

This brace is an absolute lifesaver. I deal with inflammation-based pain and often find myself hunched over without realizing it. This was easy to put on, and helps me make sure that I'm not hunched over... therefore relieving pain! I'm very happy with this purchase!

Using it to improve posture. It slips and doesn't stay in place when you move. Has to be repositioned.
